Refund & Replacement Policy

 

REFUND POLICY

Once the product is received by us and upon successful testing, we will intimate the customer about the further course of action, which would be as follows –

  • In case of exchange, a replacement product will be dispatched once the customer confirms the same.
  • For Refund Replacement of the product. No payment will be refunded under any situation.
  • The replacement will be processed immediately to the customer’s within 5-7 working days.

Refund will be processed only if the following conditions are fulfilled

  • The product must be unused and should retain the SareeVilla tag
  • It shouldn’t be soiled, stained or have any kind of odour on it.
  • The packaging and folding should be as received originally.
  • The product must not be washed or dry cleaned.
  • Our sarees are predominantly handloom/hand-woven products and hence there might be slight distinctions between the photos and actual product. Such instances will not be considered as defect/damage and hence will not be eligible for refund.
  • Products purchased on any discount/offers/sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for Return/Exchange/Refund.
  • Pre-ordered products are eligible for a refund only if received in a damaged condition.
  • Exclusive sarees or sarees worth => Rs. 10,000 will not be eligible for refund/replacement unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
  • Sarees above Rs. 50,000 will not be replaced or refunded.
  • No return shall be entertained if the product is personalized prior to purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled until before the consignment is dispatched. Once it is dispatched the customer has to receive the consignment and initiate a return.
  • If order is cancelled prior to dispatch, 100% amount will be refunded to the customer.

Disclaimers

It is our constant endeavor at SareeVilla to maintain the highest levels of quality when it comes to the products on sale. However there may be instances where there are slight distinctions between the product on display on our website and actual product received by the customer because each handmade product is unique. There may be minor discrepancies in color and we request the customer to kindly bear with us at such instances.

 

Return and exchange policy

 

We have a 48 hrs replacement & 5 days exchange policy for our customers.

(The customized products may have some variations)

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No replacement will be reimbursed in this case.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. To cancel an order please email us on

    contact@sareevilla,com Or Whatsapp No- +91 9699131077 against the order number that you want to cancel.

  2. If you unfortunately decide to cancel your order, kindly do it before it is shipped.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No replacement will be reimbursed in this case.

 

Return / Exchange Policy:

 

  1.  If the product is not as per your expectations, you have an option to raise a return request by emailing us on contact@sareevilla,com Or Whatsapp No- +91 9699131077
  2. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram or phone call.
  3. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no  refund would be made. Only a credit note would be given.
  4. It is MANDATORY to take a receipt from the courier guy when you return the product which will act a proof for you in case there is lost shipment.
  5. For Refund Replacement of the product. No payment will be refunded under any situation.

 

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following product shall not be eligible for replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
  3. If the product is customized for you
  4. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. 
  5. If the product is made to order.  
  6. NO EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS.
  7. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it
  8. Return or exchange  of the exchanged product is not possible.
  9. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No replacement will be reimbursed in this case.
